Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be behind the decks, controlling the energy of a crowd? Starting from September 2023, DJ shootr is offering interactive DJ workshops for team events. Responding to frequent requests and after several successful trials, this new and exciting program has emerged!
The Concept
The DJ workshop will begin with a brief presentation (around 20 minutes) given by DJ shootr to small groups of participants (maximum of 6 to 9). He will share his knowledge about the do's and don'ts of DJing, and the essential concepts one needs to understand when selecting and mixing music, considering the tastes of the audience.
Following this, participants will form teams of 2 or 3 and will put theory into practice. DJ shootr provides three professional DJ sets and a vast selection of popular music tracks from various genres. Participants will then have about 40 minutes to mix their own music, supported and guided by DJ shootr. This will be a one-to-one session with the added benefit of peer-reviewing within the small teams.
A Unique Highlight
From all the workshop participants, DJ shootr will select the 2 or 3 most promising talents. If the event organization and these individuals agree, they get the opportunity to steal the show during the party later that evening.
They will DJ for a 15 to 30-minute slot, of course, backed by DJ shootr himself. This is a successful formula to create an extra level of excitement among colleagues, providing a setlist with pre-agreed songs that they have practiced, culminating in powerful climaxes and infectious dance vibes.
Pricing
- €500 for the technical setup* of 3 Pioneer DJ sets + monitor per set & headphones (including setup and teardown)
- €550 per 3-hour block for facilitating the workshops
- In case 2 3-hour blocks are booked and DJ Shoot performs as the DJ at your corporate event party, discounts are available
